Financial Officer & Ghost to Ghost Producer

It is the case manager's duty to ensure that an open line of communication is maintained during the entire process — from intake through completion of the investigation. They perform administrative duties and share the responsibility of maintaining the 24-hour phone line, as well as fielding investigation requests by email or website. The case manager also functions as the financial officer, maintaining records, making deposits, and assisting in the dispersion of SPIRIT funds.

The podcast producer is in charge of the setup, direction, and facilitation of the production of the podcast. Heather not only does the director's job of overseeing the actual podcast, but also performs setup prior to and follow-up work thereafter. She assists in editing and publishing the podcast, and contributes to the writing of the program.

Heather is a veteran of the U.S. Army and coached Roller Derby, Junior Roller Derby, and served on the EMS committee for Roller Derby. She is a Hispanic American and proud of her heritage. She enjoys crafting and working with charities for cancer, and assisting her husband at Shriners Children's Hospitals. Heather has four children, four stepchildren, and six grandchildren. She enjoys gardening and fishing as well.
