Real Estate Broker

§

Do you have what it takes to be one of us?

We are very selective of who we choose to be a part of our group. We are looking for those few potential members that show the desire to promote our goals as well as obey our rules.

Two Paths

Forms of membership

Subject Matter Experts

SME members provide invaluable support to the team when faced with special challenges, research material, or just advice from the subject in which they are qualified and skilled. They do not normally attend meetings and are not required to go through the full member training — they may take the training if they wish. They do not wear SPIRIT gear unless requested or required to do so.

These positions include Clergy, Real Estate Brokers, Weather Watchers, and Legal Counsel. Application is considered on an individual basis. There is no training to pass — only an orientation video. SME members can and do get considered for full membership if they wish.

Investigator Full Members

These members are investigators, and they are required to pass through a rigorous application process. If accepted, they must attend a 12-hour initial parapsychology basic training. Once these are completed, they must serve a probationary period.

During their membership they will be required to attend monthly continuing education training, attend Paracons and seminars, wear SPIRIT gear when directed, and attend monthly business meetings. They are required to attend investigations and analyze evidence at each conclusion.

How It Works

The application process

SPIRIT is very selective. We've developed this multi-step process through trial and error. Every aspect — from the questions we ask to the time between steps — has a definite and intentional purpose. Be patient and stay with us; perseverance pays off.

01

Apply

Applicant contacts the group to apply. Your application is sent to you in MS Word format. Open the document, fill out the application in Word, save it under your last name, and send it back as soon as you can. If you can include a photo, please do.

02

Questionnaire

If your application is accepted, you will receive a questionnaire that needs to be completed in full, returned, and reviewed. Return it as soon as you finish.

03

Oral Interview

Conducted at a location to be announced or by remote video, depending on the founder, co-founders, and chief of staff's schedules. Your interview will be conducted by a four-member panel and is scheduled for sixty minutes.

04

Orientation & Probation

If you make it to this step, you have been selected to become a probationary member of SPIRIT. You truly have traveled far. You'll be given a link to continuing education videos to view prior to orientation, and at orientation you'll be informed of the duties and responsibilities of membership and complete some membership forms.

Being one of us is a big commitment.

Think it over. If you're ready, request an application by email — the team will follow up.
